KS’s diet.
OK so summer is 2 months away and I’ve decided to go on a diet in order to get back into the swing of things. I haven’t exactly thought out what the diet needs to be and I’m only typing this entry so I can remember what I’ve ate (daily). I know I’m gonna allow myself one cheat day per week because, yeah, i get stoned frequently. But I’m gonna try cutting back on smoking and drinking. And I’m not necessarily trying to lose weight, I’d just like to be healthier, skinnier, and more toned for summer time!
Right now, I’m eating Tempura Shrimp sushi and its the first thing I’ve had today. I’m going to allow myself one more meal from the groceries that I bought from Treasure Island. I have expensive taste when it comes to food because I want the food that I’m putting in my body to be quality. Some of the food I bought today includes fresh strawberries, lobster pasta salad, macaroni salad, quiche loraine, fresh asparagus, organic magarita pizza, and some kashi chicken dish. Along w/ Simply Orange and some lime juice to mix with my alcohol for later on.
I hit the gym this morning for an hour but I’m gonna go back later tonight from 5-6 and do a rock climbing session. I don’t plan on killing myself at the gym, but I’d like to go twice a day for an hour each. Or I could go one time for 2 hours. And I’m also applying this to my one cheat day per week, which in that case I don’t have to do the gym. I’m also cutting out fast food and pastries. But NEVER ice cream. Knowing that I’m a fat girl at heart, I’m not exactly sure if this will all pan out, but if I keep reminding myself and posting things down, I think it’ll go a lot easier. Plus, my roommate wants to do this diet thing as well. Wish me luck bitches!
